About the Role
Our client is hiring an Academic Operations Manager – Teacher Training & Quality. We are looking for a highly experienced academic professional to lead teacher deployment, training, mentoring, and quality assurance. The role requires a strong blend of academic expertise, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality teaching delivery and an exceptional educator experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Deployment Support deployment planning by assessing teacher readiness, domain alignment, and capacity requirements Identify and flag risks, constraints, and readiness gaps to enable effective deployment decisions Track completion of training and mentoring programs to ensure teachers are deployment-ready 2. Training Design, update, and deliver teacher training programs aligned with client standards, partner requirements, and student needs Monitor training completion, effectiveness, and outcomes Provide insights and reports for internal reviews and university-facing communication 3. Mentoring Lead and manage structured mentoring programs for new teachers during onboarding and transition phases Align with mentors and provide continuous support to ensure effective guidance Act as an escalation point for teacher-related concerns and support requirements 4. Quality Assurance Drive quality monitoring across teaching delivery through live session audits, evaluations, and feedback reviews Ensure adherence to academic standards and teaching excellence Identify recurring quality gaps and recommend training/re-training interventions 5. Teacher Engagement Support teacher recruitment and lifecycle management through readiness assessments and academic inputs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging teacher experience Contribute to building a strong, high-performing teaching community
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria Qualification Master’s degree from a reputed/top-tier university Candidates with background in IT, Data Science, or Technology preferred PhD candidates are encouraged to apply Experience 7–8 years of teaching experience (full-time or adjunct) in a reputed university OR Strong corporate experience in coaching, training, or academic program delivery Core Competencies & Values 1.
